What is AGO™'s position on animal testing?
We does not test our products on animals. We are committed to eliminating animal testing, which is our top priority. Therefore, all AGO ™ products are subjected to very strict tolerance tests using non-animal methods during the development of each product to ensure quality and safety prior to launch.

Is it safe to order online?
Ordering online from AGO™ is safe and reliable. After ordering, you are located on a secure server using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) advanced encryption technology. Your credit card information will be encrypted and stored in a secure environment when it is transmitted to us. SSL makes it almost impossible for unauthorized parties to read any information you send to us through a secure server.
How do I check the status of an order I have placed?
Go to the "Track your order" section (located in the main menu). You will see all orders and their status and tracking number. If you are already logged in, click "Your Account" (located in the top frame) and then click "Order History".
How do promo codes work?
We occasionally gives you the opportunity to take advantage of other offers, by entering promo codes upon checkout. These promo codes are available for online orders only and cannot be applied to previous purchases.
